I travel the states and have forgotten my medicine at another hotel in New York / Queens, and the manager and his staff have done everything possible so that they would be sent to the next hotel near Niagara Falls .. just great ..

Very poor breakfast in morning. Dirty lobby and halls. Door lock did not work correctly. Overpriced for location and quality.
